1.Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toffanshop.com (the "Site") and any order you place with ToffanShop ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you are authorised to receive the delivery at the address given.

3.Where we sell

We sell products in selected countries. Each product page shows the country or countries where that product is available. We can only accept orders for delivery within the countries listed for that product.

4.Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products accurately. However, product images may be illustrative, and colours, packaging, and minor details may differ slightly from what is shown. Product descriptions are based on information provided by our suppliers. We do not guarantee that every description is complete or error-free, and we may correct errors at any time.

5.Prices

Prices are shown in the local currency of the country where the product is offered. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed with you at the time of your order is the price you will pay.

6.How ordering works

Submitting an order form on the Site is a request to buy, not a completed purchase. After you submit it, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it with you.

We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot reach you, if the details provided appear false, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order before delivery, you will not be charged anything.

7.Payment

Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready. Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment is made.

8.Delivery

We deliver nationwide within each country where the product is offered, and delivery is free of charge. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times depend on your location and may also be affected by supplier stock, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

Please be available at the address and phone number you provided. Repeatedly refusing or failing to accept confirmed orders without a valid reason may result in future orders being declined.

9.Inspection, returns, and refunds

Please inspect your order in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting it. If the product is damaged, or is not the item you ordered, you may reject it at the point of delivery and hand it back to the delivery agent. You will not be required to pay for a rejected item.

Returns are accepted only at the point of delivery. Once you accept the delivery and confirm that you have received the product you ordered, the sale is final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for that product. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If you paid for an item before discovering damage at the point of delivery, and we confirm the damage, we will refund you by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's own name within 5 working days. We do not send refunds to third-party accounts.

10.Product use and warranties

Products are supplied by third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product applies as stated by the manufacturer. Except where the law says otherwise, we do not give any additional warranties beyond what is described on the product page.

For cosmetic, skincare, and health-related products, read the label and instructions carefully, do a patch test where appropriate, and consult a qualified professional if you have concerns. Results may vary from person to person, and our product pages do not provide medical advice.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ToffanShop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be limited under the laws of your country.

12.Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false, fake, or prank orders, use someone else's details without permission, interfere with or attempt to damage the Site, or copy, scrape, or reuse content from the Site without our written permission.

13.Intellectual property

The ToffanShop name, logo, Site design, and original content belong to ToffanShop or its licensors. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners.

14.Third-party platforms

This Site is not part of Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook or Meta in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

15.Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where your order is delivered. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If that fails, the dispute may be referred to the courts of that country.

17.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
