We may also collect your email address and any notes you add to your order. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media, we keep a record of that conversation. If a refund is due to you, we collect the bank account details needed to send it.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the ad or link that brought you to the Site. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 7).

Information from third parties. If you reach the Site through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta Platforms may share limited information with us about ad performance, such as whether a visit led to an order. We do not receive your Facebook password or private messages.

We do not collect card details on the Site. Payment for orders is made on delivery.

3.How we use your information

We use your information to process and confirm your order, contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery, deliver your order, handle refunds, complaints, and customer support, prevent fake or fraudulent orders, measure and improve our ads and website, and comply with legal obligations.

We may send you information about new products or offers if you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time by telling us.

4.Legal basis for using your information

We process your personal information because it is necessary to fulfil the order you asked us to complete, because you have given your consent (for example, to cookies or marketing messages), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business and preventing fraud, or because the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

Delivery partners and couriers receive your name, phone number, and address so they can deliver your order and collect payment.

Suppliers and fulfilment partners may receive your order and delivery details, because some products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, website plugins, form tools, banking providers (for refunds), and analytics providers.

Advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), receive limited technical data through tracking pixels to measure how our ads perform.

Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Our service providers, suppliers, and team members may be located in countries other than your own. When your information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected in line with this Policy and applicable law.

We keep customer and order information for no longer than 12 months after your last order, unless a longer period is required by law. Bank details provided for a refund are used only to process that refund. After this period, we delete or anonymise the information.
