What customers say
Reviews from buyers across Ghana.
Delivered quickly and arrived undamaged. Setup was simple after scanning the QR code. I had to move closer to the Wi-Fi at first, and once I did it stayed connected. There are lots of settings in the app and they all work. Very good little gadget.

Questions
Questions? Check below, or place your order and we'll call you to confirm.
Do I pay before delivery?
No. You pay only when the camera arrives. We call first to confirm your order before sending it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 business days depending on your location. Accra and other major cities are often next day. We'll confirm the timing when we call.
Which app do I use?
V380 Pro or V720. Both are free on iPhone and Android. Download the app, scan the QR code on the camera, and you'll see the live view in about 5 minutes.
Does it record without Wi-Fi?
Yes. With a microSD card (up to 64 GB) it records on a loop without Wi-Fi. You only need Wi-Fi for live viewing and motion alerts on your phone.
How long does the battery last?
About 40–60 minutes of recording on a full charge. For longer use, keep it plugged in. It keeps recording while it charges.
Can I use it outdoors?
It's made for indoor use. If you place it outside, keep it under cover and away from rain.
